Chris Pereira
President & CEO
Chris provides the overall leadership, vision, and management to CCI. Chris has a track record of innovation and domain mastery across the technology industry, having spent 25 years in the roles at AT&T, Pacific Bell, and Bell Communication Research prior to founding CCI. As a leader and mentor within CCI, Chris serves as a steward for our company’s culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional development. Outside of CCI, Chris is actively engaged in the Bay Area community through serving on the board of ABHOW and speaking on a continuous basis at technology leadership panels and events.
Rajeev sets the technical direction and strategy for CCI. He is responsible for continued advancement of our efforts in several technology verticals, including Big Data, web applications, and call center solutions. Rajeev has more than 20 years of experience leading software development. During that time, he successfully developed solutions in a wide variety of areas across top-tier start-up and enterprise corporations in the telecom and oil and gas industry.Rajeev brings to CCI a long-standing track record of technical innovation and expertise, and is a critical contributor to our continued
success at our customers.

David drives CCI’s long-term corporate strategy. His business development team evaluates future markets and product development to ensure it aligns with CCI’s core competencies and corporate vision. Prior to CCI, David spent 13 years across managerial roles in the software industry, including Chief Information Officer, Vice President of IT, and Director of Technology at top tier companies. David is a seasoned leader with a long history of successfully delivering legacy integration, enterprise applications, and software solutions in emerging technologies across a multitude of verticals.
Jim’s technical leadership drives the type of innovation and superior business value our customers expect from a world-class CCI solution. Jim began his career as a C programmer in the early days of document imaging boom, where he helped LaserFiche bring their enterprise imaging solution to market. After a successful release, Jim moved into the oil and gas industry, where he worked with Phillip Petroleum to bring new levels of control, consistency, and reliability to their oil well radio telemetry infrastructure. Jim’s technical leadership within CCI has been recognized time and time again
by our customers.

Summer Smith
Director of Program Management
Summer manages the day-to-day operations for CCI and provides guidance to all departments to ensure cross organizational integration. Summer works directly with clients to ensure each program is progressing on schedule with our teams delivering beyond expectation. Prior to CCI, Summer built a solid technical foundation over 9 years working at IBM across their Rational Change Management and Universal Management Infrastructure teams. Summer is a key contributor to the agile and knowledge culture of CCI, having built our recruiting, talent management, and training protocol that is second to none in the industry.
Kevin oversees all aspects of our QA practice. Before joining CCI, Kevin spent 13 years with Alcatel where he tested and deployed virtually every product (edge through backbone to nodes) for both GSM and CDMA networks for the world’s largest telecom and technology companies. Prior to Alcatel, Kevin spent 7 years with Nortel, where he built a strong QA background as team lead and customer deployment engineer on various telephony and data products. Kevin brings a natural ability to mentor all employees in QA concepts and continues to build an exceptional QA organization within CCI.
